This position is for an upcoming vacancy in a two-person team, focused on ensuring resident satisfaction through excellent service and facility upkeep. Your responsibilities will include daily interactions with residents, addressing their concerns, and ensuring the property is well-maintained and clean. You'll be expected to live on-site, work weekdays, and alternate weekends while handling evening on-call duties.
