Position: Research Co-op Program September 2026
Elevate your research skills with Pepsi Co Canada as a Research & Development Co-op from September to December 2026 in Peterborough, ON. Engage directly in the development and testing of innovative products for market launch.

In this Co-op role, ideal for Food Science students, you will collaborate closely with the Product Development team while assisting in product launches and analytical testing processes. Responsibilities include scaling up new products and participating in quality improvement initiatives. You’ll also liaise with vendors to assure ingredient quality and compliance with specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform tests and preparation for product development

• Assist in new product launches into the marketplace

• Scale-up existing products on current equipment

• Manage specifications routing and approvals

• Participate in quality and productivity initiatives

Requirements:

• 3rd or 4th year student in Food Science or akin

• High level of detail orientation required

• Strong follow-up and organizational capabilities

• Ability to communicate effectively with teams

• Record-keeping skills for nutritional labeling
