We are hiring for four Coordinator roles in the Science and Research Branch, dedicated to transforming scientific findings into actionable resource management solutions. Candidates should possess strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills to work effectively across teams and engage with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead aquatic, forest, and wildlife research initiatives
• Translate scientific data into policy and management advice
• Foster relationships with clients, stakeholders, and Indigenous communities
• Support team development and performance management
• Coordinate planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
Requirements:
• Proven leadership in technical environments
• Strong scientific background in forestry, aquatics, or wildlife
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary projects
• Understanding of Indigenous engagement principles
