This temporary role for about seven months involves extensive research and monitoring of wildlife health. You will coordinate with stakeholders and Indigenous communities while developing project timelines, budgets, and implementing methodologies to gather critical data. Your analytical insights will support evidence-based decisions that enhance biodiversity protections in Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain research project timelines and budgets
• Coordinate communications with team members and stakeholders
• Analyze data for quality and accuracy
• Prepare technical reports and health protocols
• Participate in fieldwork to collect data and samples
Requirements:
• Valid class 'G' driver's license required
• Knowledge of wildlife biology and ecology
• Familiarity with research methods in wildlife management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient with office software for data management
Support wildlife health initiatives in Ontario by applying your expertise in research and project management.
