Sales Associate
The salary range for this role is $15.75 to $16.50 per hour. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.

On our team, you’ll be a positive, energetic force on the floor, driving sales by engaging directly with customers and helping them find just what they need. You’ll also work with customer files and contracts. At times, you’ll help clean, organize, and even move merchandise. All of that can be physically demanding, but we’ll make sure you have the training and tools to do that part of the job safely.

What you need:
- Solid communication skills

What you’ll do:
- Assist with cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise
- Help customers find what they need
- Handle clerical duties like customer files and contracts
- Maintain a positive sales floor environment
Additional requirements:
- Able to perform a physical job including lifting 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (training and safety tools provided)
- Age: 18 or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

The pay range provided is the lowest to highest rate we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or other form of compensation allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company’s sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
