Become an integral part of our store as an Assistant Team Leader. This position focuses on managing daily operations and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective leadership.
In this role, you'll assist the management team with overseeing retail operations and staff responsibilities. Your hands-on approach will involve unpacking shipments, stocking shelves, and ensuring the store meets safety and cleanliness standards while resolving customer issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Aid in managing daily store operations with staff
• Unbox daily shipments and stock products efficiently
• Climb ladders to reach all store areas safely
• Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
• Conduct cash management duties as required
Requirements:
• One year of relevant retail experience
• At least one year in a supervisory capacity
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced, multitasking environment
