Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire customer loyalty through relationship building

• Recommend additional beauty products to boost sales

• Communicate current promotions and events to customers

• Arrange merchandise and set up advertising displays effectively

• Facilitate customer enrollment in our Loyalty program

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 25 lbs. occasionally, as needed

• Will encounter some fumes and odors in the workplace

• Physically capable of standing and walking for extended durations

• Able to perform tasks involving bending and lifting

• Adaptable to work around moving parts and equipment
