In this independent role, you'll represent floral growers by merchandising and maintaining plant programs in assigned retail locations. Regular visits (1-2 per week) will focus on managing inventory, pricing, and ensuring the vibrant presentation of floral products on the sales floor. Customer service expertise and an ability to efficiently multitask are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retail stores to merchandise floral arrangements

• Place orders on the sales floor for optimal presentation

• Oversee inventory management and pricing accuracy

• Conduct maintenance on floral items for retail appeal

• Report via cell phone for inventory and merchandising updates

Requirements:

• Knowledge in floral or plant care

• Retail experience in merchandising preferred
