Position: Customer-Focused Counter Salesperson Role
EMCO Corporation is on the lookout for a dedicated Counter Salesperson to enhance client interaction at our Profit Centre. Deliver exceptional service while ensuring customer satisfaction and product knowledge.

In this role, you will support customers directly at the sales counter, answering inquiries and managing orders efficiently. By utilizing your outstanding communication skills, you'll help drive sales growth and maintain an inviting sales area. Collaborating with the Inside and Outside Sales teams, you will ensure a remarkable shopping experience for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance at Profit Centre sales counters

• Recommend products and conduct thorough research

• Manage counter merchandising and promotional efforts

• Process orders by entering, picking, and packing efficiently

• Maintain counter cleanliness and organization

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent necessary

• At least 2 years in customer service or sales

• Excellent verbal and relationship-building skills

• Proficient in order processing systems

• Detail-oriented with strong math capabilities
