Supply Chain Operations Coordinator

Kingdon Timber Mart

  • Responsible for managing inventory flow, vendor fulfillment coordination, pricing administration, and product data integrity across five retail locations and one distribution centre. Utilizing Bis Track ERP, I support inventory optimization, product availability, and operational efficiency while collaborating with Purchasing, Store Operations, and Distribution teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels across five stores and the distribution center.
  • Coordinate product fulfillment with approved vendors to ensure timely product availability.
  • Manage inter‑store and distribution centre inventory transfers to balance stock throughout the network.
  • Maintain pricing accuracy, supplier cost updates, and margin integrity within Bis Track.
  • Administer product master data, including item setup, maintenance, and data quality controls.
  • Analyze inventory performance, stock turns, and replenishment requirements to support business objectives.
  • Generate operational reports and provide data‑driven recommendations to improve inventory efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Buyers, Store Managers, and Distribution personnel to resolve supply chain challenges and support customer service excellence.
  • Track vendor performance, lead times, and fulfillment issues, escalating concerns when necessary.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory management, data accuracy, and operational performance.
