Your advanced skills in problem resolution and parts sourcing will be crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-tier customer service for DIY automotive solutions

• Achieve sales objectives in customer transactions

• Oversee DIY service management and installations

• Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and customer interaction

• Execute keyholder responsibilities effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years in automotive parts sales

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience with POS and inventory management systems

• ASE certification preferred
