As an Inventory Management Lead, you'll support the Store Manager in upholding policies and meeting inventory goals. You'll oversee truck processes, planogram execution, and maintain visual merchandising standards. Delivering exemplary customer service while leading team development will be key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing Standard Operating Procedures adherence

• Lead team to achieve KPI's and inventory standards

• Execute and support planogram processes effectively

• Maintain seasonal sets in merchandising standards

• Manage shrink and safety programs

Requirements:

• Retail merchandising experience preferred

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to lift heavy items and move throughout the store

• Experience in team training and coaching

• Availability to work nights and weekends
