As an Operations Consultant, you will work alongside the Operations Supervisor to maintain high standards in stockroom management and customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of merchandising concepts, and the ability to assist clients effectively. Your key tasks will include training cashiers on Point-Of-Sale systems and managing stockroom operations according to company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide knowledgeable service to clients during store hours
• Train team members on POS and MPOS systems
• Maintain cleanliness in the cashier zone
• Organize shipment receipt and stockroom efficiently
• Communicate inventory concerns to supervisors
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in retail/client service experience
• Strong computer and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexible schedule, including holidays
• High School diploma or equivalent
