Part-Time Brand Ambassador at AEO

Engage shoppers and showcase the AEO brand as a part-time Brand Ambassador.

Your role is vital to enhancing guest experiences and building brand loyalty in-store.

As a Brand Ambassador for AEO, you’ll be at the forefront of creating a welcoming atmosphere. This part-time position involves using the AEO Selling Model, product education, and introducing our loyalty program. You will also adapt effortlessly between various zones like Sales floor and Cash & Wrap, ensuring guests leave happy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with guests to promote a welcoming shopping experience

• Educate customers on AE and Aerie products

• Share details about the AEO loyalty program

• Flexibly assist in multiple zones as needed

• Resolve any guest concerns proactively

Requirements:

• Passion for interacting with people and retail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

• Availability during weekends and holidays

• At least 16 years of age

• Prior retail experience is preferred
