In this part-time role, you will assist customers in finding products while providing fast and friendly checkout service. Key responsibilities include promoting the benefits of our Rewards program, helping with merchandise stocking, and ensuring organized recovery throughout the store. You will also oversee cash handling and participate in the omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pickup In Store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with shopping inquiries and product locations

• Ensure quick and friendly service at checkout

• Accurately promote our Rewards program and sign up customers

• Engage in merchandise stocking and recovery activities

• Support Safety programs and store compliance with SOPs

Requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

• Capable of standing and moving for long hours

• Comfort with lifting and accessing items at height

• Minimum age of 16 years

• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor
