Cosmetics Customer Service Associate

Deliver exceptional customer service in Walmart Canada’s Cosmetics department while supporting salesfloor operations in Peterborough, Ontario. Help shoppers find products and make informed purchase decisions.

As a Health and Beauty Team Associate, you will support customers across Cosmetics and Health and Beauty departments. You will promote products and services, resolve issues, maintain merchandise presentation, and direct appropriate transactions to a Customer Service Manager. The position supports a positive shopping experience and customer loyalty.

• Greet customers politely and provide friendly service
• Promote products, locate merchandise, and support purchase decisions
• Resolve customer issues and refer concerns to management
• Stock, rotate, price, and display salesfloor merchandise
• Process claims, returns, paperwork, logs, and documentation

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Ability to provide customer guidance in Cosmetics
• Ability to handle merchandise and operate equipment appropriately
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Ability to maintain a safe work environment
