NAPA Account Development Specialist

Build NAPA customer relationships through automotive parts sales and account development in Bridgenorth and the surrounding area. This regular full-time position serves assigned territory customers.

As an Account Development Specialist, you represent NAPA while developing existing and new business. You will use relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and automotive parts knowledge. The position supports sales development initiatives and keeps NAPA informed about customer behavior, competitive threats, and market trends.

• Call on installers to sell NAPA auto parts and programs
• Implement sales development plans, marketing programs, and promotions
• Develop territory plans with district and store managers
• Gather market intelligence and report service or product issues
• Recommend account pricing and assist with collections

• Automotive aftermarket, outside sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to grow accounts and identify new opportunities
• Knowledge of automotive parts, pricing, promotions, and account management
• Valid driver’s license and territory travel ability

Represent NAPA while applying automotive sales, account management, and relationship-building skills across the Bridgenorth territory.
