As a Casual Healthcare Security Guard, you will be responsible for both proactive and reactive security patrols at North Hastings Hospital and surrounding sites. The position emphasizes effective communication and conflict resolution skills during your shifts. This role supports patient safety and ensures adherence to hospital policies in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform security patrols in all weather conditions

• Respond to emergencies and manage incidents

• Document incidents accurately in reports

• Uphold policies regarding parking and site conduct

• Work independently and as part of a security team

Requirements:

• Legal authorization to work in Canada

• Valid First Aid & CPR Level C Certification

• Must be clean-shaven for N95 Mask testing

• Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations required

• Certification in Use of Force preferred
