Garda World is seeking highly motivated and professional Tactical Security Guards to provide a safe and secure environment for clients, visitors, staff, and the public.

This role requires a strong security presence, excellent communication skills, sound judgement, and the ability to respond effectively to incidents and emergencies in a fast-paced environment.

Starting Pay Rate: $19.31/Hour

Schedule: FULL TIME continental rotation; two weeks days then two weeks nights.

Shift Timings: 08:00-20:00 (nights) & 20:00-08:00 (days)

• Escort and assist staff/visitors as needed Qualifications for a Tactical Security Guard in Bancroft
  • Be authorized to work in Canada
  • Hold a valid security license
  • First aid certification required
  • Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
  • Ability to pass Use of Force and NVCI
