Garda World is looking for dedicated Tactical Security Guards to maintain a safe environment for staff and the public. This full-time position requires a strong security presence and outstanding communication skills to effectively manage incidents. Shifts operate on a continental rotation, alternating between days and nights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of individuals and property

• Provide excellent customer service to visitors and staff

• Enforce safety procedures and regulations

• Escort and assist staff and visitors as necessary

Requirements:

• Authorization to work in Canada

• Valid security license essential

• First aid certification required

• Ability to stand and walk for duration of shifts

• Must pass Use of Force and NVCI training
