Tactical Security Guard

Position: Full-Time Tactical Security Guard Role
Location: Bancroft

Your role involves using strong communication and crisis response skills effectively.

This full-time position features a 24/7 rotation of two weeks of day shifts followed by two weeks of night shifts. You'll monitor security systems, enforce established procedures, and provide superior service to ensure a safe environment. Engagement during emergencies is vital, requiring sound judgement and a strong presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety of people and property

• Provide exceptional service to visitors

• Enforce safety procedures consistently

• Escort and assist personnel as needed

• Respond to crises and emergencies

Requirements:

• Must have authorization to work in Canada

• Possess a valid security license

• First aid certification is required

• Ability to walk/stand for shift duration

• Must pass Use of Force and NVCI training
