GardaWorld Tactical Security Guard Position

Garda World is seeking a dedicated Tactical Security Guard in Bancroft, Ontario, to enhance safety for clients and visitors. Utilize your security skills in crisis management and communication effectively.

In this full-time role, you'll work on a fixed schedule comprising both day and night shifts. Your responsibilities include monitoring security equipment, assisting staff, and enforcing safety standards. A strong presence and quick response to incidents are crucial for this role to ensure overall security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain safety of individuals and property

• Provide outstanding customer service

• Enforce safety procedures as required

• Assist and escort staff and visitors

• Monitor CCTV and other security systems

Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in Canada

• Hold a valid security license

• First aid certification required

• Ability to stand and walk throughout shifts

• Capable of passing Use of Force and NVCI
