Become a vital part of TELUS Health's counselling team, assisting individuals facing complex life challenges. In this role as a Registered Social Worker or Psychotherapist, you will provide impactful support in various locations across Ontario.

TELUS Health is seeking a clinical professional to serve clients referred by the Ministry of the Solicitor General. As an Independent Contractor, your responsibilities will include comprehensive assessments and delivering tailored treatment plans. You will help clients facing mental health issues, substance use, and social exclusion while contributing to community well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans

• Collaborate with clients to set counseling goals

• Provide in-person and virtual support based on client needs

• Maintain communication with referral agents and clients

• Act as a case manager, coordinating care for clients

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in relevant field

• Registration with OCSWSSW or CRPO

• Two years of post-graduate clinical experience

• Availability during standard business hours

• Proficient in substance use assessment
