The Land and Resources I&IT Cluster is seeking a Senior Developer to lead the upgrade of business-critical geospatial applications. This role requires experience with GIS software, specifically ArcGIS and VertiGIS/Geocortex. You will guide the overall design, technical analysis, and implementation of various I&IT solutions, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide senior technical expertise in application development

• Lead the design and architecture of GIS solutions

• Guide feasibility studies and analyses for IT initiatives

• Oversee project management from planning to implementation

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements

Requirements:

• Onsite work required 5 days a week

• Expertise with ArcGIS, VertiGIS/Geocortex, and FME

• Proven experience in software architecture design

• Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Azure

• Familiarity with programming languages like Python and C#
