As the Director of Machine Learning, you will oversee the ML organization responsible for pivotal systems like Graphite and IRIS. Your leadership will involve building a high-performing, globally distributed team, defining technical standards for model development and monitoring, and ensuring model performance metrics are met. You'll directly influence crucial automated fraud decisions and identity resolutions impacting our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the machine learning strategy for identity and fraud detection

• Build and lead senior ML engineering teams globally

• Establish robust standards for model building, deployment, and monitoring

• Improve identity resolution accuracy and coverage metrics

Requirements:

• 12+ years engineering, with 5+ in ML team management

• Strong understanding of entity resolution and fraud detection

• Experience in building ML systems making automated decisions
