Position: Route Supervisor with Safety Focus
Exciting opportunity for a Route Supervisor dedicated to safety and operational excellence. Foster driver performance while ensuring superior customer service and compliance with municipal contracts.
As a Route Supervisor, you'll directly oversee drivers, implementing training and monitoring performance. Work alongside the Operations Manager to ensure adequate driver staffing, and participate actively in recruitment processes. You'll also track ongoing driver issues, conduct accident investigations, and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise driver operations, ensuring compliance and training

• Collaborate with the Operations Manager on staffing levels

• Conduct performance assessments and create improvement plans

• Document service and driver-related issues

• Promote a culture of health and safety at work
Requirements:

• Waste Management background preferred

• Proficient in accident investigations and inspections

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong planning and time management abilities

• DZ/AZ license required
