Field- Machine Operator

Position: Field-Based Machine Operator 1
Work with Loram as a Field-Based Machine Operator 1, responsible for operating and maintaining railway equipment. Your focus on safety and technical proficiency will drive operational success.

As a Machine Operator 1, you will assist in the operations of railway maintenance equipment and report directly to the management team. This position requires you to perform inspections, repairs, and lead safety briefings, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices. Your technical skills are essential for contributing to efficient equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Loram’s on-track maintenance machinery  

• Perform regular inspections and fault reporting  

• Maintain accurate maintenance records  

• Conduct safety briefings for operational clarity  

• Execute repairs as required with supervision  

Requirements:

• At least 3 months experience with Loram systems  

• 2 years in machine operations or technical fields  

• Valid driver's license necessary  

• Must pass pre-employment health tests  

• Willingness to travel extensively
