This position involves supervising driver operations and ensuring that all training meets municipal contract standards. Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to maintain appropriate staffing levels while conducting performance assessments and implementing improvement plans. You will document service issues, promote workplace safety, and track ongoing driver-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train drivers to ensure compliance

Requirements:

• Waste Management background preferred

• Skilled in accident investigations and inspections

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong planning and time management abilities

• DZ/AZ license required
