Position: Permanent Ready-Mix Driver Position

Join CBM as a Ready-Mix Driver in Peterborough, where you will enjoy a permanent, full-time role with competitive hourly rates. Your primary duties will involve delivering concrete and ensuring safe operations at all times.

The ideal candidate will have a DZ or AZ license and a clear driver abstract. In addition to delivering and unloading concrete at client sites, you will perform vehicle inspections, operate trucks and heavy equipment, and maintain a high level of professionalism in customer interactions. Flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough pre-trip safety inspections

• Deliver concrete products directly to customers

• Maintain professionalism with all clients and contractors

• Safely manage trucks and heavy machinery operations

• Carry out additional assigned duties as needed

Requirements:

• Valid DZ or AZ license with a good driving record

• Familiarity with Highway Traffic Act

• Experience with manual transmissions required

• Proficiency in operating heavy equipment

• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime
