Webber is hiring AZ and DZ licensed Equipment Operators for vital road maintenance roles across Ontario! Engage in meaningful work with excellent hourly wages.

Ideal candidates will have valid AZ or DZ licenses, with an emphasis on teamwork and safety. You will operate snowplows, conduct road maintenance, and be part of emergency response when required. Webber values reliability and offers both full-time and seasonal opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate snowplows during winter maintenance

• Perform maintenance duties on highways and infrastructure

• Participate in required emergency response rotation

• Assist in summer maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Valid AZ or DZ license; new drivers are encouraged

• Experience operating heavy equipment is beneficial

• Strong focus on safety and collaborative work

• Reliability and readiness to support maintenance efforts
