Leadership Role: Operations Supervisor

Become an Operations Supervisor with Waste Connections of Canada and lead our collection operations. Manage compliance, and safety while aiming for excellent customer service.

As an Operations Supervisor, you will be pivotal in managing our daily operations within the Collections unit.

Your role involves supervising collection routes, conducting driver evaluations, and leading monthly safety meetings. You will ensure that compliance with policies and financial targets is met, all while supporting a culture of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operations of multiple collection routes and transfer station

• Conduct daily safety and maintenance inspections

• Collaborate with dispatchers for timely service deliveries

• Implement performance management processes and training

• Execute thorough incident investigations for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Prior leadership experience preferred

• A valid Class 3 driver’s license or higher

• Strong analytical and data entry skills

• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards
