Receptionist – Seasonal – Peterborough, NH – H&R Block

As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist, you’ll focus on delivering exceptional client experiences across in‑person, phone, and virtual interactions. Your responsibilities include answering phones, greeting clients, matching them with suitable tax professionals, scheduling appointments, ensuring all client needs are met, and maintaining office cleanliness and organization.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience (preferred)

• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi‑task
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Computer proficient with Microsoft Office
