• Lead large‑scale engineering projects and provide expert technical guidance
• Assess system interdependencies to determine the best course of action
• Mentor individuals and support managers with technical development across the engineering group
• Increase group productivity by sharing broad technical knowledge and sound business judgement
• Drive research and development activities and complete complex cost analysis

• Strong ability to read blueprints and interpret engineering drawings and tolerances
• Excellent problem‑solving ability supported by strong attention to detail
• Effective communication skills with the ability to partner at all levels
• Extensive knowledge of bearing design and engineering principles
• Strong computer skills including AutoCAD, Solid Works and MS Office
