Responsibilities- Lead large‑scale engineering projects and provide expert technical guidance
- Assess system interdependencies to determine the best course of action
- Mentor individuals and support managers with technical development across the engineering group
- Increase group productivity by sharing broad technical knowledge and sound business judgement
- Drive research and development activities and complete complex cost analysis
- Strong ability to read blueprints and interpret engineering drawings and tolerances
- Excellent problem‑solving ability supported by strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills with the ability to partner at all levels
- Extensive knowledge of bearing design and engineering principles
- Strong computer skills including AutoCAD, Solid Works and MS Office
