Clinical Group Facilitator – AVENUES RECOVERY CENTER

Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers with 17 locations across 7 states. Our evidence-based, individualized care sets new standards in addiction treatment.

• Conduct group therapy, psychoeducation, and process groups tailored to client challenges.
• Assist clients in developing healthy coping skills, positive behaviors, and recovery tools.
• Collaborate consistently with clinical staff to track client progress.
• Escalate significant client concerns to the Clinical Director.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all group sessions.
• Ensure all clinical assessments and individual client charting are completed.

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum one year experience in the treatment industry (preferred).
• Valid licensure to practice as a clinician in the state.
• Minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety required if in recovery.
• Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills.
• Strong presence and sound judgment.
• Warm, dignified, honest character that inspires trust and models recovery principles.

A residential facility offering detox and inpatient rehabilitation services on 11 expansive acres in scenic New Hampshire. The staff includes clinicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, addictions counselors, and behavioral health technicians.
