PT - Physical Therapist

Seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Physical Therapist to provide therapy evaluations and treatments in an outpatient setting, catering to a diverse patient population ranging from adolescents to geriatrics. This position involves a variety of patient cases including orthopedic, neurological, and general medical conditions.

• Conduct patient/resident therapy evaluations and treatments according to established policies and procedures.
• Manage a caseload of 12-15 patients per shift.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Provide occasional weekend and holiday coverage as needed for inpatient care.

• Minimum of 2 years of current Physical Therapy experience in an outpatient setting is required; new graduates will not be considered.
• Inpatient experience is preferred.
• Current New Hampshire license (or compact) and BLS certification (AHA) must be in hand at the time of submission.
