We are currently seeking dedicated Assembly Operators to join a well‑established precision manufacturing facility located in Peterborough, New Hampshire.

We value dependable and driven individuals from diverse professional backgrounds. If you have a history in fast‑paced sectors like hospitality, retail, warehousing, or food service—such as experience at a supermarket, Dunkin’, or McDonald’s—your existing skills are highly relevant and welcome here.

Your Role

In this position, you will receive full training to operate within a precision manufacturing setting, where you will build components while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.

• Constructing components with precision and speed
• Adhering to established documentation and operational guidelines
• Performing essential quality inspections to ensure product excellence
• Utilizing specialized tools and handling delicate parts
• Helping maintain a safe working environment for the entire team
• Acquiring proficiency in modern manufacturing and assembly techniques
• Collaborating with production colleagues to help the team achieve daily output goals

Our Requirements

Prior manufacturing experience is not required.

Compensation, Shift Premiums, and Bonuses

Base Salary: $18.00 per hour

2nd Shift: 15% shift differential plus a $4,000 sign‑on bonus
