Monadnock Community Hospital (MCH) is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated Rheumatology team. Patient Care Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans.
- Diagnose and treat rheumatologic conditions, prescribing medications as needed.
- Provide preventive care services including screenings and patient education.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate and compliant electronic health records.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

- Education:
Master’s degree or higher. - Licensure:
Nurse Practitioner license required. - Experience:
1–5 years in a clinical or practice setting; geriatric care experience a plus.
