Patient Care Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans.
• Diagnose and treat rheumatologic conditions, prescribing medications as needed.
• Provide preventive care services including screenings and patient education.

Administrative Duties

• Maintain accurate and compliant electronic health records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

• Education:
  
  Master’s degree or higher.
• Licensure:
  Nurse Practitioner license required.
• Experience:
