Job Title: Travel LPN – Night Shift
Location: Keene, NH
Shift: Nights
Schedule: Consistent 4-night schedule (Monday–Thursday)

Pay Range: $30–$38/hour

• Travel opportunity for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on the night shift
• Provide quality nursing care in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
• Support residents and the overnight clinical team

• Provide direct patient care under RN or physician supervision
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report any changes
• Document care accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individualized care plans
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards

• Active LPN license (state-appropriate or compact, as applicable)
• Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work consistent overnight shifts
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
