Licensed Nursing Assistant /Aide (LNA) (Full Time)

River Mead Lifecare Community is seeking caring, reliable, and dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNA) to join our exceptional healthcare team. The position is full-time, primarily for the 1st shift, located in Peterborough, New Hampshire.

• Provide direct healthcare services under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with daily living activities to ensure physical and emotional comfort.
• Accurately observe, document, and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Promote safety, dignity, and respect in all interactions.

• Completion of a nursing assistant course meeting federal/state requirements.
• Active LNA license in the State of New Hampshire.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 3 months experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

• Understanding of the unique care needs of the geriatric population.
• Ability to assess and interpret data related to residents’ status and adjust care accordingly.
• Strong documentation and observational skills.
