Imagine a role where every shift brings opportunities to educate, reassess, and celebrate small victories in independence and quality of life – this is the place to do it.

In addition to the unique charm of New Hampshire – quaint town centers, tranquil countryside, and vibrant fall foliage – you’ll discover the White Mountains for weekend adventures and welcoming communities that feel like home from day one.

In this role, you’ll be pivotal to the daily lives and safety of LTC residents. Core responsibilities include performing accurate assessments, administering medications, and implementing individualized care plans that reflect each resident’s goals and evolving needs.

You’ll collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and families to coordinate care transitions, communicate changes in condition, and advocate for comfort and autonomy.

You’ll also mentor junior staff, share best practices in infection control and pain management, and contribute to a culture where evidence-based practice translates into tangible improvements in well‑being.

This position supports professional growth within the LTC specialty through ongoing education, skill‑building opportunities, and potential certification aid, enabling you to expand your impact over time.

The arrangement is designed to be robust and stable, with weekly earnings reflecting your commitment and the complexity of resident needs.

In addition to competitive pay, you’ll have access to housing assistance when needed and the potential for contract extensions should you wish to continue in the LTC setting or explore additional assignments in other locales.

A bonus may be available as part of the package, recognizing performance milestones and consistent, high-quality care.
