Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire

• Current ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) certifications

• Previous travel nursing experience preferred

• BSN preferred

• PALS and Tele Strip experience preferred

• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) required

• Ability to float to other hospital units as needed

• Proficient in reading vital signs and administering injections/vaccinations

• Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility (no local travelers)

• Willingness to limit requested time off (RTO) to 5 days during assignment
Med/Surg Telemetry RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a Medical Surgical Telemetry setting

• Monitor and interpret vital signs and telemetry strips

• Administer medications, injections, and vaccinations as ordered

• Document patient care and assessments using EMR systems

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Float to other nursing units as required

• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as scheduled
