A leading and rapidly growing top 20 accountancy firm is seeking an Audit Semi Senior to join its Peterborough office. • Conduct substantive testing and analytical review procedures.
• Prepare accurate and well‑structured audit working papers for review.
• Assist with audit planning and the preparation of draft accounts.
• Identify audit risks and escalating issues where appropriate.
• Liaise directly with clients to gather information and resolve queries.
• Support and mentor junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with UK auditing standards and UK GAAP (FRS 102).

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within an accountancy practice.
• AAT qualified (or equivalent).
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, hardworking approach.
• Good working knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS 102) and audit methodologies.
• Confident communicator with the ability to build client relationships.
