Audit Associate

The One Group are hiring for an Audit Associate to join an established, hugely successful accountancy practice in Peterborough on a full time, permanent basis.

As an Associate, you will be responsible for working as part of a team to deliver statutory audit and other assurance engagements to clients. You will work as part of a team to deliver a uniquely personal and proactive service.

Monday - Friday 35 hours per week

• Work with an expansive and varied client base, including a number of large corporate clients and groups with turnover up to £500m
• Work on all aspects of statutory audit engagements, from planning through to completion
• Involved in the preparation and review of group and single entity financial statements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients
• Supervise, coach and develop new trainees

• Studying towards your ACA/ACCA (2nd or 3rd year)
• Experience in an Audit role, or in an audit and accounts role
• Ability to travel to client premises

• £34,000-£44,000 per annum (depending on experience & qualification level)
• Hybrid Working (up to 3 days from home per week)
• 35 hour working week, with flexi time (core hours of 10am-4pm)
