Accounts and Admin Assistant

I’m working with a key client who is looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their growing accounts team at their vibrant headquarters in Peterborough.

• Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Performing account reconciliations
• Credit control and customer account management
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Providing general administrative support to the accounts team

• Previous experience in an accounts or finance role
• Good understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident using accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Knowledge of foreign currencies and multi-currency transactions

• Salary of £28,000 - £31,000, depending on experience
