Management Accountant

Broster Buchanan are recruiting for a Management Accountant to be based in Peterborough, initially office based with future hybrid working, 3 days office. We're partnering with a well-established global manufacturer to recruit a talented Management Accountant for their finance team in Peterborough. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, improving processes and providing the financial insight that supports strategic decision-making.

The Role As Management Accountant, you'll take ownership of the monthly management accounts process while ensuring financial reporting is accurate, timely and compliant. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement projects and support the wider finance function.Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts to agreed deadlines.
• Complete and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations, investigating and resolving variances.
• Produce monthly and quarterly financial reporting packs for senior management and the global parent company.
