The successful candidate will play a key part in driving the firm's continued growth while delivering an exceptional service to a diverse client base. Role Responsibilities Manage a diverse portfolio of audit, accounts and advisory clients across a range of industries. Act as a trusted adviser, providing strategic guidance and high-level compliance support. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Lead, mentor and develop colleagues across the Peterborough and Stamford offices. Allocate resources effectively to ensure high-quality, timely client delivery. Deliver technical guidance, coaching and knowledge sharing across the team. Monitor key performance indicators including fee growth, utilisation and recoverability. Ensure compliance with professional standards, governance requirements and risk management procedures. Work collaboratively with other service lines to provide joined-up client solutions.
Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and win new business. Contribute to the strategic direction and ongoing growth of the practice. Champion new technologies, systems and more efficient ways of working to support the firm's digital transformation. Personal Requirements ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent). Strong post-qualification experience within an accountancy practice environment. Extensive experience across audit, accounts and advisory services.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate, mentor and develop teams. Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities for business growth. Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Comfortable leading change and driving process improvements.
