Part-Qualified Accountant/ Newly Qualified Accountant - Belfast MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with an established and growing Practice located in Belfast, looking to recruit for a Part-Qualified Accountant/ Newly Qualified Accountant on a full time, permanent basis. The Company: A respected and well-established independent firm of chartered accountants and business advisers, based in Belfast, is currently expanding its team.

While most of their clients are located throughout Northern Ireland, they also serve a diverse international client base across the Republic of Ireland, Great Britain, Europe, North and South America, and Australia. The team includes experienced professionals from a range of specialisms, including chartered accountancy, tax advisory, trust and estate planning, and human resources. What's in it for you? Job Duties of the Part-Qualified Accountant/ Newly Qualified Accountant include:
Statutory & management accounts preparation, with a strong focus on MTD Personal & Corporation Tax Returns, predominantly Personal Tax VAT returns Review trainee work and support January tax deadlines Tax consultancy and client management Report into the Manager What you need to be the Successful Part-Qualified Accountant/ Newly Qualified Accountant Previous experience working in an accountancy practice, ideally small to mid-tier.

Strong accounts preparation experience, including statutory accounts. ACA/ACCA qualified, part-qualified, QBE or ATI qualified.

Experience with Accounts preparation, Personal/Corporate Tax, VAT and general practice work desirable. Comfortable managing a varied workload and building strong client relationships.
