What is the day-to-day of the role:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across accounts, tax, and business services
- Review and finalise accounts and tax computations prepared by junior staff
- Provide advisory support and build strong client relationships
- Mentor, develop, and support junior team members
- Liaise with partners on client matters and business development opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with proven practice experience
- Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical accounts and tax knowledge
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Proven experience managing and developing a team
