Business Services Manager

What is the day-to-day of the role:
Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across accounts, tax, and business services Review and finalise accounts and tax computations prepared by junior staff Provide advisory support and build strong client relationships Mentor, develop, and support junior team members Liaise with partners on client matters and business development opportunities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with proven practice experience Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment Strong technical accounts and tax knowledge Excellent communication and client management skills Proven experience managing and developing a team Benefits:
