Barker Ross is currently recruiting on behalf of their market leaders in their field for a Part Time Office Administrator based on Alwalton Hill.

Hours - 9 am - 1 pm (flexibility to cover more hours would be good but not crucial)

Hourly rate - £13.00 starting on this rate then after a few weeks moving up to £14.00 per hour

Reporting to - Office Manager

Main duties will include:

- Excel reports (Then after a while we may train them on the rest of the tasks in the office below depending on the person, but to start we are mainly looking for them to do reports on Excel) Additional duties once trained:

Dealing with drivers/paperwork
Making ready Export paperwork
Allocating orders
Getting labels ready for rework

Skill sets:

- Microsoft Office Experience
Organised
Able to multitask + prioritise
Team working
Good verbal and written English
Able to speak on the phone and write e-mail
Attention to detail
Able to work independently
Able to work under pressure
Not necessary but useful if have some warehouse system experience
